Q: How do I download files?
Tap Browse tab, select one of the links, navigate website, click Download button, enter file name & tap Save – download will begin in Media tab
Q: Download is active but not showing in Media tab?
Double tap the Media tab icon to ensure you are at the home directory, then scroll to the top
Q: How can I sort downloaded files?
Navigate to files in Media tab, tap Edit, tap Sort icon (Sort by Name or Date)
Q: How can I organise downloaded files?
You can Create folders (Navigate to files in Media tab, tap Edit, tap +, enter Folder name & tap Create) then move files into folders (Navigate to files in Media tab, tap Edit, tap icon left of file name to select, tap Move icon, tap new Folder)
Q: How do I rename downloaded files?
Navigate to file in Media tab, tap Edit, tap file name to enable keyboard, enter new name & tap Done
Q: How do I delete downloaded files?
Navigate to file in Media tab, tap Edit, tap icon left of file name to select, tap Trash icon & confirm
Q: How do I create Playlists?
Double tap the Media tab icon to ensure you are at the home directory, tap Playlists, tap Edit, tap +, enter name & tap Create
Q: How do I add media to Playlist?
Tap Playlist name, tap Edit, tap dMedia Library, tap desired Media to select & tap Done when finished

Q: How do I Bookmark favourite websites?
Navigate to website, tap +, edit bookmark name, tap Save
Q: How do I access Bookmarked websites?
Tap Bookmarks icon, tap desired Bookmark

Q: How do I play Media?
Navigate to files in Media tab or a particular Playlist, tap desired media to start.
Q: Media will not play?
Media file may be corrupt. Tap Playlist icon in top right corner of Player window and see if the media file status is “!Error!”. You may need to re-download the file. To verify downloaded file copy to computer and test

Q: Can I remove the advertisments banner?
Yes. Tap the “Tap to Remove” button in the Settings tab. You must be connected to the internet and accept the In-App purchase screen
Q: How does Shake to Shuffle work?
dMedia allows you the option of giving your device a little shake to shuffle and play another Media file. (You must be currently playing media and inside dMedia). By default this feature is turned off
